MFC Staff Arrogant and Rude !!

Good day MFC,

I would suggest that you send your staff on customer relationship courses as they are arrogant and rude with customers remind Franche De Villiers (Consultant | Asset Management) that she is there to help and assist customers to the best of her abality and not be not be arrogant with customers or is she only there to collect her commision.
