MFC staff are rude ,disrespectfull,commits ***** with customers personel information

Every week um being handed over to a new lawyer,um behind on interest,and inflation costs that went on,they are putting R500 extra each week on my MfC account ,i pay every month an amount ,i have veen short paying my instalment, I have contacted them mire than 2years ago in forming them , explaining to them,i even app**** to be assisted,the application dissapeared,and i was told they do not assist white customers,with any help,so they're staff phone me weekly swear and threaten me,when i complain about this,the staff gives out my personal details, to o 3rd parties for extra income, including my home adress,uve been harrased by people that wants to come and collect my car, they had all my details ,people are phoning me 7times a day offering me all different insurance in my specific vehicle?how dies Mfc run a business,when their staff are so ******* ,they have no grip in these staff ,are they contracting out , or just dont give a .....,but this has become such a problem .i have no idea what do do regarding MFC anymore.alk i can say don't get a loan through MFC from a dealership.
