MFC sold a car to me in 2013 that I never had. And never signed for

MFC listed a vehicle under my name, that I bought May 2013 and it was a Write of in September 2014. I asked them to assist me with the signed contract I have with them and what type of vehicle is it I have with them. They said no they have nothing but they will help me with a credit clearance certificate. I've been trying from December to apply for a vehicle and it was declined. MFC dont have proof of the vehicle I bought in 2013. There is no proof but there is an an ccount on their system.

I would like to take legal actions agains MFC for the struggle they made me face during this time.
