Mfc should be reviewed according standard practices

It is the 1st time in our history that we've purchased a car, I broken car as such where the dealship together with MFC ignores the client and the CPA. We've purchased 4 cars within 5 years all the 3 prior car dealship stated if not happy we can return the car or if there is a defect not shown then we allowed to cancel. Here we have a car unfit for driving sold to us and where we asking to cancel they MFC and the dealership proceeds with a repair on a newly purchased car where the issue was not pointed or we made aware of it without our permission and told I must take this subpar vehicle back. Is that what MFC does finance subpar cars even if the client cancels on the 1st business day of the contract. The want to ignore the CPA completely.
