MFC shortfall insurance tiring mess
I signed AOL for my shortfall cover insurance on 16 June 2021,When I called today requesting my settlement letter from MFC I was told that my shortfall cover insurance(which is MFC) paid incorrect amount in my account and has to be rectified before my account can be closed. As a result I cannot get settlement letter
How is that my problem, why are their problem affecting me? I cannot even buy a car because their incorrect payment is standing on my way, why do I have to pay for errors I had nothing to do with?
