Mfc shortfall cover cancellation

I had taken out a shortfall cover for my car with MFC back in 2022. Last month I called them to cancel the cover. I was sent an email with a document to say the shortfall cover has been cancelled. Fast forward 25 April MFC debits my account for the shortfall cover. I call them and they have me jumping through hoops, from being transferred from one department to another! I cancelled my cover in due time! I just want my money back!
