MFC - Shocking Processes

Shocking experience. My first time using MFC for vehicle finance and i get an sms on 16 September to say "we will process your vehicle finance payment on 23 September to match your salary date. Keep your original date reply OPTOUT by 18 September. So i reply on 17 September to OPTOUT. It is worth noting that my salary date has not changed it is still the 25th. So i don't understand why I even got this message. So today, 23 September they take off the installment after i opted out. Then I call the call centre and they tell me that there is nothing they can do and all their team leaders are in meetings so that they can't escalate the matter. Poor poor, shocking!!!
