MFC settlements are a pain in the butt

I requested a settlement letter which i received and paid it within the prescribed time frames weeks after i was told the Original Nattis Documents would be hand delivered, i then come to be told that there is a shortfall and even threatened with more legal action. What kind kante entlek???
