MFC settlement of vehicle penalties

What disgrace, I was retrenched, but from the start, battling with MFC to get monthly statements, due to my retrenchment, I fall back in ONE month arrears. MFC hand me over to an external to reposes my vehicle. That been said and after several emails and telephonic conversations , I kept my vehicle. Since January 2025, I told MFC that the account will be settled by June 2025, no one told me I have to give 90 days notice to avoid penalties, now my settlement amount is nearly R13 000.00 more. I am asking them to look if the can maybe help me with some of the penalties, but they are very unhelpful. I will tell everyone to think twice before before they do any business with either MFC or Nedbank.
