Mfc settlement not negotiable must pay full amount

Been a happy mfc customer, love they customer service and simplicity, just have a small problem as to settlement, I have like 8 months laft to pay on one of my vehicles the amount due is 29 000+- they don't want to negotiate a better settlement they want us to pay the full amount, called the call center they said they can't waiver any amount have to pay full , I have 3 vehicles financed with url 1st one is free already this is the second one I wanna free, 3rd one is fairly new and I'm still going to do more business in the near future so I'm not sure if there's anything yourl can do to help or it's just not negotiable
