MFC Service Plan - Nedgroup Insurance Limited False Callback Promise

I have requested a callback several times to extend my warranty however advisers keep telling me they will callback. Till today I am still waiting for a callback to extend my warranty. When I request to speak to a manager they put me on hold till my airtime runs out. Such pathetic service !!!
