MFC SERVICE PLAN

Do not take any service plan with MFC!!!! I repeat!!!! Its a ****, i took out a service plan last year with MFC, i was told it covers a major service and a minor service, last week i took in my car for a major service, guess what it was not authorised, saying the car is due for minor service??? How is that even possible if the dealer VW saying its due for major? Besides why should you not authorise the major service since i am still covered for that? Now they come an explain things that dont even make sense after a year of paying with no failure, its a ****, they only cover you for minor service, how can a car be due for 3 minor services???? Thats what i was told, my car is not due for a major according to Mfc service plan, but VW says its due for major, now my car went for a second minor service can you imagine!!! What if something happens to my car???? For the service carried out??? They say as per vw specifications its due for minor but the same vw says its due for major service, they cant even provide me with ''this specifications" they are using, what a waste of money , DO NOT TAKE ANY SERVICE PLAN WITH MFC INOVATION!!!!!
