MFC service is very dubious

Mfc sent the sheriffs to repossess my car 14October 2024. I was notified that I have 21 days to settle the car, my contract with them is ending in March 2025 but they are demanding I settle the car. I have raised that money to settle the car so I can have full ownership of it. It’s been 14 days following up on amount due to sherif because I only have amount due to MfC but I’m being sent from pillar to post. I called the law firm Tim du Toit to request the total amount they said my matter has not been actioned by the sheriffs, I called the sheriffs to ask why aren’t they actioning my matter and they informed me that the law firm - Tim du Toit - owes the sheriffs on old matters so they blocked their accounts, they are not able to give me the amount until the law firm pays them. I called the Tim du Toit spoke to Prince the lawyer back to ask why am i impacted by their failure to keep up with their payments he told me to wait until they get their house in order I don’t have a choice. I informed MFC of this and they are dragging the matter instead of actioning it, they say they will wait for the lawyers to get back to them. I am the one calling and bothering them for an update, they do not call unless I call them. I was ready to settle the car on 21 October and now I will be charged for storage when I was ready to settle the car a week ago. Why did MFC appoint a law firm with a bad financial standing to repo the car? Why am I impacted by this? I travel 50km to work everyday and now I have to use public transport when I want to pay up my car and take ownership. I am very disgruntled with MFC and their lack of transparency, the non communication and dragging of this matter. I want my car back.
