MFC SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!

I have settled my vehicle finance account in full after selling my vehicle. My account is still being debited. I have emailed the proof of payment on the 18th Dec 2024 and requested a settlement letter. I have asked to be refunded. When I log onto MFC online my account is still active. This service is pathetic and I will not be using MFC for vehicle finance ever again!
