MFC service fee of R60 charge - early debit orders money making scheme

Every time the 25th is falling on a weekend MFC try to deduct the instalments early from the 23rd even though it is arrange for the 26th.

When the 26th is on a Monday you still deduct before the 25th. You decide to deduct it but charge me services fee R60 because the salary is not in before the 25th. Pease explain that?

I never authorize this agreement for the extra 10% as well. or debit orders on the 23rd Please show me where did I sign for it.

After phone calls explaining my salary gets paid on the 25th doesn't matter if it is on a Sunday you still doing it. It will be deducted when my salary come on on the 25th but you charge mee R60 for trying to do early payments!!!

Why should I make arrangements every time because you decide when my salary is been paid. Are you my employer????? It seems like it.

And you charge me a services fee of R60 because you do debit it on the incorrect date.

Do I need to take it to the Ombudsman for investigation? Sure this is ******* to charge us with R60 because I did not of authorize the debit order on a incorrect date.

it is a money making scheme if you start counting the 60 that is added to each account how much it is the bank is taking extra.
