MFC - Sending threatening emails to clients NOT in arrears!

MFC, sending threatening emails to clients even when their accounts are NOT in arrears. Unfortunately as a client I do not have control of how long it will take for monies to transfer between the different banks. Also bearing in mind that MFC set up the debit order at the beginning of the contract. The fact that the 1st May was a public holiday, was also out of my control. MFC however sends an email threatening to have my vehicle "voluntarily" removed. Even though the monies were transferred out of my account, more than 24 hours before the email was sent out. This is the second vehicle I have had financed through MFC. Unfortunately their service has drastically deteriorated. I will not have another vehicle financed through MFC.
