MFC - see? you are already holding your head in frustration

Not sure if it's just a curse on me only but sees like everytime I want to engage with mfc it's always the hardest thing I have to face in a day... Called em today to try and get a settlement letter for my car, and it was a different story than the last time, last time it was "sure, we will send it right away", today its "you have to request it by sending and email to this email address".... Click on the email address.... Surprise surprise..... It's a website link......... That doesn't work....... Now I'm not in the country so I can't even go to the bank because it doesn't exist even tho it's a sub of Nedbank, you'd think Nedbank would assist..... Nope..... They say you gotta call mfc.... Which brings me here..... After round and round.... I just want to plead for some help getting a path as to where to go to get this letter shem please just direct me properly to what I should do to get this letter..... Thank you
