MFC Rude staff!!!!
I have a payment arrangement to pay R2000 per month which I've been sticking to religiously. This morning I get a call from A VERY RUDE lady on my office line, asking me to make payment as I have not made payments. They are so pathetic as they are listed as a public recipient and you need to use your reference number to pay as it is not allowed otherwise. They obviously do not know how payment arrangements or payment allocations work. This is once again a horrific experience. I'll never use MFC for finance again!!!
