MFC robbing us of our money!!!

In February we paid off our car and the statement that was sent to us from MFC showing that there was R3500 that was due to us due to overpayment, we then did a follow up on that and MFC keeps taking us from pillar to post. They then sent my husband a text that the query has been resolved? How has it been resolved ? By them taking the funds that was due to us and not even ashamed of it??

It is our money and we want it back? And NO THE QUERY WAS NOT RESOLVED IT WAS JUST SWEPT UNDER THE CARPET IN BENEFICIAL OF MFC AND WE NOT GONNA LET THAT HAPPEN!!! WE WANT ANSWERS, WE NEED THE MONEY BACK!! NO EXCUSES!!
