Mfc rip-offs...

Yeerr I contacted mfc in july and sent email requesting to reduce the installment starting from august 2022 back to its original( R3093.00)of when I signed the contract. They agreed but they still debited R4000.25 even after asking for it to be reduced. For the installment to to be R4000, I've been increasing it so that I may finish paying off the loan. Now that I want it reduced, It has become a problem. They say it is reduced but even this month they debited R4000.25 again. Unfortunately I didn't record the names of the people who were assisting me. Worst one is of the balloon payment. All these years it has been R41000.00, and I used to see it on the nedbank app. So now I can no longer see it, and I received a letter quoting my Balloon payment to have went up to R47000.00. Whereas all these years since 2018 stood to R41000.00, it now changed recently and they sent letter to me instead of an email of which method of communication chosen was to use emails.
