Mfc repossessed my car didn't want to negotiate

I defaulted on my car repayment, I owned up made an arrangement but after paying a couple of payments the car was repossessed even though I was paying and arrangement was on place. I tried to call and find out why the car was repossessed with an old order and was given the runaround. Now te car has been auctioned of after it was evaluated for less than the value of the car. Mfc has a sindicate taking from poor people selling cars for less than their value benefitting them as poor people remain with hefty bills to pay after the auction. This must stop as it's exploiting people. I owed 154k tried to offer 100k to keep the account active but was denied.
