MFC Registration Outstanding 3 years

I settled on my Kia Rio in 2020 and was emailed that the vehicle was registered in my name and that the registration documentation will be sent to me which it was not. It has been over 3 years. I am now trading my vehicle in for a new vehicle and my entire purchase is stopped because MFC is only in the process of registering the vehicle in my name now.

This is completely unacceptable, there is no attempt on MFC to assist me to get this document earlier. In fact I asked if I could come and pick up the document but was told it had to be courier only to find out I was **** to and later found out that the car is only being transferred into my name now. My new car is sitting at the dealership and i am paying finance on a car that hasn't been delivered to me as a result of the registration being outstanding
