MFC refuses to reverse my money

In 2015 I purchased a Hyundai i20 via MFC and paid my last instalment on 25 March 2024. I had a scheduled payment set for every month on 25th which I forgot to cancel and on the 25th of April the amount went off. I sent MFC an email requesting a refund or reversal of the amount and they told me there was no refund on the account. I forwarded my proof of payment and they told me to pay R349.21 to close off the account. I then agreed and asked them to deduct that amount and close off my account and refund me the remaining balance and they ignored my email. 1st on 04/04/24 I was told to pay a settlement amount of R737.78 which I think would include my change of ownership fee and courier fee. I did say if that was the case then they needed to deduct the amount and send me the balance which they refuse to do. I sent an email yesterday morning which they never rep**** to and called and was made to hold for 11 minutes while they were checking something until I hung up. I’m really frustrated and don’t know who to cry to. Truly disappointed
