MFC REFUSES TO PAY ME MY MONEY!

I had a balloon payment of R145,619.84, I was under the impression that they will deduct it like they were doing with the monthly instalments for the Car. After two days I realise that they didn't take their money,I called them. To my surprise the amount went up to R150,569.00, I paid it but I realised that I had two different statements that were sent two days apart. The 1st one was sent on the 20th of December 2023 which stated settlement of R145 and the second on the 22 of December 2023 which stated a settlement of R150. They said the R5,000 difference is for interest as they have re-financed me. They didn't refinance me because I settled my account. They are refusing to pay me back my R5,000. I had communicated with them several times, they are no longer responding to my emails.
