MFC refuses to give me my registration papers

I have settled my car debt with MFC on the 16 March 2016. They said it will take 5-7 days for them to send me the transfer papers so that I can register the car in my name. It is now 20 days and Nedbank / MFC is yet to send me those papers. When I call them I get excuses. They must know that I don't owe them a cent and in fact now they are breaking the law. I have done my part by paying their money which they loaned me, now is their turn to honour their part. They must stop behaving like bullies. Their attitude stinks and I will never finance a car or a house or anything with Nedbank. <br> <br> They must stop wasting my time and send the papers because the car is mine now and not theirs. What is worse is I paid R80 for courier.
