Mfc refused payment break

I have vehicle financing with Mfc and are nearly finished with a 6 year contract. I gave notice to my current landlord to get a place closer to my children's school and I will need 2 months rent for the new landlord, I requested payment break for July in order to afford the rent and was refused payment break by Mfc, I really need to get a cheaper place and also closer to my kids school, I've never skipped a payment and would've really appreciated empathy from all the consultants who transferred me from pillar to post making me feel even less than what I already felt like and also after calling them since early July to make this arrangements
