MFC REFUSE TO ISSUE CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION FOR PAID UP CAR

Absolute pathetic service. My car was paid up months ago, i received the paid up confirmation, instructed mfc to send me my certificate registration. After phoning mfc they told me the reason that i did not receive the certificate was the fact that my car's license has lapsed at the end of July. However the letter of confirmation was send to me from mfc on the 9th of June 2020 and i told mfc what my address are and they would have sent it. Now *********** mfc told me on the phone i can not get the certificate because of the license that's not valid anymore, but mfc was in possession of the certificate and in that time the license has expired. Needless to say the supervisors are all dead and missing in action because i just can not speak to them on the phone, i must listen to mfc ****ty music and promises.
