MFC refuse to give me a settlement quotation

i have a one month arrear on my vehicle finance and i am intending to settle my account as i am buying a new car ,but MFC wont give me a settlement quotation because my account is in arrears, how on earth do they expect me to settle without knowing how much am i owing
