MFC Refuse to close settled account

It so unsettling that when you have outstanding debt with this company. They do anything and everything to find you.

The account has been settled cannot get through to the customer care to close account and get settlement letter.

The Handover division advised that its not for them to close account. So can MFC close the account and remove itself from Credit record
