MFC Refund

I have called MFC for the 5th time begging for my refund. My car was recently written off, and MFC was quick to take a debit order off my account on the 26th August. It is now the 3rd September and they tell me they only processed my refund yesterday and that I have to wait 7 to 10 working days.

Also take into consideration the first agent I called last week said I would get the refund by today 3rd September.

The fact that I have to wait for my own money is beyond words. Seriously unhappy with MFC and their service!
