MFC - PUTS ME ON ITC EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PAID

I tried to make payment arrangements with MFC a few months ago for 1 month.

They refused to assist me, I than tried to make partial payments over 2 months.

My account was paid up to date regardless of them not wanting to assist me through my very difficult time.

I did a credit check yesterday and they have put me on ITC as a bad payer and that I still owed them the money that I had paid back.

I have sent them an email and I have not received any feedback from them.

I tried to avoid being put on ITC and I tried not to get a tick behind my name by doing the right thing to try and make arrangements.

MFC does not care about their clients!!!
