Mfc - processes take too long

I have a vehicle financed with mfc, under my aunts name however I do have access to. Since I am not working anymore I was advised of an option called MFC assist where you sell your car to dealers and provide 2/3 offers from the dealer to mfc and they obviously choose the best for you. So as soon as I was advised of this option I acted immediately, got the quotes advised and submitted and this was 3 months ago as I know I've had to pay 3 instalments since my submission. No one ever got back to me/us and we did our follow up and the last email stated clearly that I don't want this to get to a point where the car is in three months in arrears and has to be reposed. It's now 3 months later and ofcause in arrears by 2 months. The only time you get any contact from mfc is when they send sms-s/statements to advise your are behind and nothing about the arrangements we have asked to make. Only last week we got to speak to Samantha as she was calling to tell us we are in arrears and she then asked us to get new offers /quotes from dealer which is yet another process and I am telling you now another payment date will be due on the 15th and nothing will have been concluded

My most concern is the credit history and threats to repossesso the car should this not be concluded by the next 15th (November) Please assist as we not sure of what to do anymore.
