MFC POWER-UP SERVICE PLAN IS A ****

I am extremely annoyed with your INNOVATION group division, who seems to be completely clueless of how to deal with renewal of covers for a vehicle. I July 2022 my husband renewed the power-up service plan No3, who we've always assumed is one plan that covers services etc etc. Now on 25/04/23 when the car is due for its annual service the brake pads are approved for authorisation, BUT they refuse to authorise the service of the car?? How does an MFC POWER-UP SERVICE PLAN work, cause according to your *********** staff these are two different plans, debited as one?? how do you explain that. I urgently demand answers today still I request an urgent investigation into this matter, because the service are being done as we speak...........and who is going to pay for that if I already have to cover over R2500 for brake discs??? I want a clear investigation and explanation of all your plans in question, because this is the 1st time that I hear all plans are separate, so how can a plan show power-up service plan in name, but in reality its just a plan of over R550 for brakes and battery and wipers, which is not changed on regular basis??????????????? explain your incompetence to me.................................
