MFC poor service and very unprofessional

I have been trying to get my Vehicle ownership papers from Motor Finance Corporation (MFC) for almost two months after I settled the vehicle finance account. They included the charge for the ownership change and courier fee for the documents in the settlement amount, but after I paid they don't provide the service. This is really poor service and very unprofessional.
