MFC POOR Management and the deceiving web site.

MFC I contacted MFC Claire Schoonraad to discuss an arrangement as they have stated on the MFC website which should be taken out. She was so rude and refused to even discuss the matter. I then personally went to their head office in Meadow dale and I was assisted by a gentleman which advised me that he has discussed the issue with a Mr Pieter Snyman and that he will be contacting me with in the next half an hour and that I should send Mr Snyman an e- mail and that he will assist. I then send Mr Pieter Snyman an e- mail explaining everything and to date he has not responded. Claire Schoonraad, Pieter Snyman, the two gentlemen that collected my car seems to be working together. As I have explained to everybody the outstanding balance is R411 k and sworn appraiser valuation is R180k who will be paying the outstanding balance. I have submitted in writing to Pieter Snyman that the account will be paid by the end of May 2018 which is three months outstanding an now MFC expert the outstanding to be paid. The valuation which sworn appraiser is a lot less then what the car is worth and lees then the trade in valuation. MFC to write off the outstanding or MFC to institute legal action for the outstanding balance. The two gentlemen that collected the car stated no problem MFC will write off the outstanding balance. Now can MFC please explain to me, is it not in the interest of the bank and their customers which is prepared to pay then writing off and then want to recover money for same thing that you don't have? I also send a mail to the customer care center and I received a mail stating that I will be contacted within 72 hours. A Nicolas Govender mail me and requested my ID no and that was the end of it. Two days later I mailed N.Govender to find out whaat is going on and he stipulated it was send to management. MFC web site is very deceiving.
