MFC Poor Customer Service

No option for a lower rating.

Bought a vehicle from WeBuyCars in Jan 2024 financed by MFC.within 2 days after receiving the vehicle multiple issues were noticed and reported to dealer.No response from dealer and till date still don't have my spare key nor my license disc or number plates.When i contact MFC(as its financed they own the vehicle)they just say sorry cant help me as its between me and the dealer.No customer service as all they care is to make the sale then afterwards they don't care as long as they receive their payment.
