MFC - Please refund me!

I am a trusted MFC client but due to unforseen circumstances have been placed under debt review on 13 August 2023. MFC was contacted by my debt counsellor to inform them. They were also sent all the necessary documentation as required by the NCA and was informed to stop my monthly debit order. It unfortunately did not happen and thus they deducted my this month's installment. I have contacted them and their reason is that the documentation were incorrect. My debt counsellor then confirmed with me that they DID indeed sent all the correct documentation. I am demanding MFC to please refund the debit order ASAP or else I will take the matter further.
