MFC - please can you try harder

I am trying to get a what if quote from MFC - their answer, no, it's not possible. I am merely trying to establish if I paid in an additional amount if this would reduce the capital and the person answering the emails tells me this is not possible. I must pay in the additional and then they can calculate! Really is this the dark ages. Can someone not use a calculator? Irritated by Mfc, would not recommend MFC. This is the second time they've fed me nonsense.
