I did a follow up: Monday: Your quotes are in, someone will call today Tuesday: Your Quotes are in someone will call today Wednesday: Your quotes are in someone will call today Today( Thursday): Your quotes are in, Aneline will call you , its 16h33, my OTP expires tomorrow.

Please assist, im hanging waiting for something i do not know. If i miss payments you will call me first.

90% of agents that assist are very rude and i just needed to understand the process or someone to explain to me WATS the next step, or at least how long does process take.
