MFC Pillar to Post service

I received an email from MFC about the service that they offer if the car is financed with them. I called MFC to confirm the check if the email was from them or not, it was confirmed the email was from MFC. I was interested in the service they were offering whereby there is an additional amount that is available to be used on the car such as putting new tyres. I was told to apply, I was approved. MFC has the details of my car, I was asked to confirm those details of which I did. The problem now is that I am being sent from pillar to post, the service cannot be rendered and when I ask for the reason, I do not get the reason. I sent numerous emails to them, they did not respond. I am disappointed with their service, I has been over 3 weeks now trying to get hold of them but all it is in vain.
