MFC Payment Reversal

I have contacted MFC twice requesting the balance that is in my account as I have paid a lumpsum amount and I was never told before making payment that lumpsum payments are allocated for 12 months and will repeat the process after last payment date.

As I was informed after the payment was made, I request for the difference balance that is available in my account as I will be continuing with monthly installments.

I too have other obligations outside MFC that I need to cater for but cannot as my funds are held by MFC.

I have requested for written proof policy or rules that states that payments cannot be reversed.
