MFC PAyment Holiday **** trying to CON client into entering arrear agreement

I am beyond annoyed with MFC who is now harassing us for a months installment which was approved as telephonically advised by the consultant!!!!!! We app**** for 2month payment holiday, according to him it was approved, he went further by explaining that the actual finance will finish in exactly 12 months as there was 10 months left of the finance. Now both me and my wife receives calls from MFC which amounts to more than 6 times a day?????? This is total harassment, both of us have requested the recording, every time we are promised the matter will be escalated????? But the next day we are again harassed!!!! How many times do you want us to repeat the correct version of events?? You are pathetic to have this pend for another month!!!!! When applying for the payment holiday the car was up to date, now suddenly the car was in arrears tell me where will MFC approve a payment holiday when a vehicle is already in arrears?????? We requested to speak to a team leader to no avail. If your consultant didn’t do his job correct do not blame the client and accuse us of being in arrears!! This is my 2nd complaint about the same situation but the 1st one was blatantly ignored!!! MFC your stories differs from day to day and we are beyond annoyed with your pathetic sly service delivery!!! MFC **** payment holiday! Who in this day and age can pay two car payments after the increase % have gone up with over R2000 these past years!!!! Where do you live?????? Because we are already suffering you fools!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
