Good day. I just want to know why did MFC debit the amount of R4961, when I have submitted a copy of a comprehensive insurance cover on the 5th of February 2026. Please advise and refund me back my money. As I have followed the correct instructions requested by you, and I will be laying a complaint against this incompetence because you guys failed to cancel this on time. I have comprehensive cover for both my vehicles under king price. I want my money reflecting on my account my 1st thing tomorrow morning. ****** ****mers, I must pay my comprehensive cover tomorrow and still pay you?I will also be lodging a complaint on MIOSA… nx
