MFC Pathetic Service

I am busy with an application with a bank and they requested that I get a letter from MFC stating that I am not on a payment holiday. MFC sent me a payment and transaction schedule which i submitted to FNB. Firstly FNB says they cant use this however the documents clearly show a constant monthly payment without a holiday break in between. I went back to MFC and the agent insists that they cant write a letter confirming that I am not on a payment holiday. PATHTETIC ATTITUDE from MFC and FNB
