MFC ..... pathetic Service

So MFC promises a lot on their website right !!! A lot of nonsense if I should add … due to unforeseen circumstances I am unable to afford to make payment for one month well on their website they have so many solutions but none im worthy of . January I app**** to get my debit order frozen and pay the instalment off at the end of my payment term that’s one solution they have available but could not apply to me because I have made the request to late ! Well I app**** again for Feb because I needed to cover a few things I could not cover January , I then app**** end of January for end of February because when I called them prior to submitting the documents again all the consultants said if I apply again they will assist because it’s a month in advance , Yet again they declined seriously !!!! Im just asking for one payment to be moved to the end of the term as per your website this can be done and yet MFC declines ?

What pathetic service im honestly disgusted ….
