MFC - pathetic - NO CARE - workers are illiterate idiots that cannot comprehend what they are reading

I sent mfc an email (care@mfc ...no-care@mfc), asking a few questions. They answer 1 of these questions in a reply email. I reply to that same chain email requesting for them to answer my other questions. They reply to my email that I have not provided my details (which is in the chain of emails) and can therefore not action my requests further....How stupid is that... I think these clowns are illiterate, do not have command of the English language (the official business language of the world), cannot read, cannot comprehend the little bit they are able to read, cannot communicate properly, do NOT CARE and are arrogant. I tell them that I am overseas currently, yet they ask me to phone the 08...number, which of course does not work from overseas...duh.. Please answer my questions, as per my emails!!!. You guys are really stupid.. and waste my time writing email after email, trying to get information out of you.
