MFC pathetic

I am absolutely shocked at MFC. I had a tenant that absconded and left his smashed car on my property, I have been trying to trace the bank that has financed the car to collect it, and pay storage. MFC confirms that it's financed through them, and they not going to fetch it oh yes and due to POPPI Act they can't disclose info and I must trace the absconded tenant. Firstly I never asked for information of the absconded tenant, I want the car off my property that has been sold, I will not be accountable for this vehicle when the new owner of the property starts with construction for a building site on the sold property. I tried and MFC does not care and leaves the car here by me what arrogance and I know that the tenant Mr and Mrs B..... We're not paying the account. MFC YOU PATHETIC
