MFC - Pathetic!

Please ... I need urgent assistance!!!

My father passed away at the end of 2020. I have a car that is still on my father's name... So the car is actually mine, I have proof that I was the one paying for it each month, but that is not relevant now... The problem is... I am struggling to renew my license disc as it has expired the end of January 2022.

I can't renew the license as I haven't received the original Natis documents. So I payed off the vehicle at the end of November 2020 and the 1of December my dad passed away... We never received the Natis documents as in that time that was not something we thought about in all the pain you know...

Now it's a big problem because I've been asking for assistance in this regard for far too long... I am a driving instructor and at the moment my car is not allowed to be on the road.... My boss is so irritated with me as I am on the brink of losing my job if I don't have answers by the end of this week....

I managed to e-mail *** where I requested help... The responded and said I needed an letter of authority from the executor stating that they are allowed to hand over the Natis documents to me... I gave them everything they needed and I received a mail saying that all documents are in order it will be processed and they will get back to me... I gave them time and then asked for an update... They confirmed with a mail that the documents have been sent to the bank and they even gave me a date when it was posted to that bank... When I got to the bank they have no idea... And confirmed that they haven't received it... The bank phoned MFC and someone on the phone said we need a letter of authority or the executor themselves should request the documents....

This is PATHETIC!!!!!!!! How can ons person confirm in a mail that all is good and the next one has no idea????? I am bound to lose my job... Eventually when I am able to actually go and take out to license I am going to pay such a big fine...... I will hold MFC liable for that fine!!!!

I can't deal with this anymore....

I have sent another mail asking them what is going on and they rep**** that my situation have been escalated to the correct person and they will get back to me.... That was Monday, 7 March 2022... I still haven't heard anything from anyone....

Please!!! I can't afford to lose my job... As things are standing my mom is struggling financially after my dad passed away... I have to help as far as I can? Can someone please help me so I don't lose my job....

I need that Natis documents... ASAP....
