Mfc only cares about making money, customer service means nothing to them
I bought a car from a dealership in april 2018, the car broke within 3 months of having the car and even after opening a complaint by the motor industry ombudsman of south Africa the dealership refused to take the car back, mfc has done nothing on there side to help, all they have done is ask for money. I had a baby in February and has to rent a car from a family member, causing me to stop paying the broken down car. The car was collected for repossession and the bank are goingbto sell the vehicle on a auction regardless of the matter. Once the car is sold there is nothing the ncc can do and either i would have to repay the car ir get blacklisted. When phoning mfc i have to wait for 20 before being able to speak to someone and when i do get ahold of them i am told they have nothing to do with the car they just want the money.
