MFC NOT WILLING TO FINANCE ME, AFTTER SETTLEMENT LETTER OBTAINED

<p>I am currently in the market for a car; went to Mecerdez Tzannen and the dealership process un application for vehicle financing and it was rejected due to an African bank judgement against my name. I contacted the said service provider and settled the account in full. They gave me a settlement letter, which according to MFC when i phoned their contact centre was going to be sufficient for them to proceed with the deal. The finance lady at the dealership say they always promise clients to consider and that a motivation is enough but they always decline. I mean, i was retreached, i lost my job which is why i could not pay my accounts on time. And i expect my bank to look at a whole as affordability is not an issue in this regard. By the virtue of me settling the account, that should be enough. I was told it will be considered and that i needed to produce that, but now???</p> <p>Please have a look at your comapny values and policies around this to see if you dealt with me fairly. If you pay an account today the debt is settled today. for the bank to say they want the ITC update that is when they will believe me, is rediculous.</p>
